Our philosophy is that our cakes should be a symphony of style and substance. We are passionate about taste and believe that your wedding cake should create memories of deliciousness and meaningful moments of connection for you and your guests.
Taste begins with ingredients. We value quality ingredients, and use Irish butter, free range Irish eggs, fine Belgian Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal Irish fruit where possible. We make everything from scratch, from jams, curds and syrups to caramel and nut pralines..it is what we love to do!
Our enthusiasm for ingredients fuels the development of our widely applauded cake flavours. Inspired by the seasons, travel, food experiences and more, we layer flavours and textures to create delicious mouthfuls that delight the senses.
