Our Wedding Cake Flavours
We are passionate about wedding cake flavour combinations and strive to push the boundaries a little by offering interesting flavour options that can be a talking point for you and your guests. All of our cakes and sweet treats are made fresh to order. We believe quality of ingredients is paramount, and use Irish butter, free range Irish eggs, fine Belgian Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal Irish fruit where possible. We make everything from scratch, from jams, curds and syrups to whiskey salted caramel and nut pralines..it is what we love to do!
Your wedding cake will contain four perfect layers of cake interspersed with three generous layers of filling, carefully assembled so that it looks exquisite when cut. Cakes are coated in a layer of decadent white chocolate ganache as a final finish, or as a base for a fine 3mm of luxury fondant icing for a sleek flawless finish.
