Our Cakes and Sweet Treats
At Cove Cake Design we are passionate about our flavours and ingredients. We strive to offer something different to our clients, aiming to push the boundaries a little by offering interesting flavours that can be a talking point for guests. All of our cakes and sweet treats are made fresh to order using Irish butter, free range Irish eggs, fine Belgian Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal Irish fruit where possible. We make everything from scratch, from jams, curds and syrups to our whiskey salted caramel and nut pralines..it is what we love to do! Our menus are a carefully chosen selection of our most popular flavours but we are happy to tailor flavours to suit your requirements!
Our cakes contain four perfect layers of cake interspersed with three generous layers of filling, carefully assembled so they look exquisite when cut. Cakes are coated in a layer of decadent white chocolate ganache and then a fine 3mm of luxury fondant icing for a sleek flawless finish. We also offer sleek semi-iced buttercream cakes for a more informal style.
- Allergen Information: All of our cakes contain wheat, eggs and dairy. Some contain nuts. All of our macarons contain nuts, eggs and dairy. Our marshmallows contain eggs and some may contain nuts. All of our products are made in a kitchen which uses nuts.
